What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we process in connection with beexy.net, our outreach emails, and visits to this website. Our product website at beexy.io has its own privacy policy that covers product use, purchases, and customer accounts.

What data we collect and why

B2B outreach contacts. When we identify professionals who may benefit from our products, we collect business email addresses, job titles, and company names from publicly available business sources. We use this data to send relevant B2B outreach. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR) for direct marketing to B2B contacts in roles where our tools are professionally relevant.

Website visitors. When you visit beexy.net, we may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source through standard server logs and analytics. We use this to understand site usage and prevent abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

Email recipients. If you reply to one of our outreach emails or write to us, we store the email content, your email address, and any information you choose to share, so we can respond and keep a record of our communication. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

How long we keep your data

  • Outreach contacts: up to 24 months from last activity, or until you ask us to delete your data, whichever comes first.

  • Server logs and analytics: up to 14 months.

  • Email correspondence: up to 6 years for accounting and legal record purposes.

Who we share your data with

We use the following service providers as data processors:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and email infrastructure. Based in Lithuania, EU.

  • Google — Google Workspace for our internal email. Standard contractual clauses in place.

  • Brevo — transactional and outreach email sending. Based in France, EU.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or the EU. Where this happens, we rely on UK and EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data

  • Ask us to delete your data

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing. We will stop processing your data for direct marketing on request, without question.

  • Restrict how we use your data

  • Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@beexy.net. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In the EU, you can contact the supervisory authority in your country.

Opting out of outreach emails

Every outreach email we send contains an unsubscribe option. You can also reply with the word "unsubscribe" or write to hello@beexy.net at any time. We process opt-out requests within 24 hours.

Cookies

beexy.net uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this domain. Our product domain beexy.io operates a separate consent banner with full cookie controls.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
